No. We support full commercial gym, home gym, minimal equipment, and bodyweight. Tell us what you have access to during onboarding and we adapt.
How does the AI coach work?
Our AI coach reads your training history — sets, RPE, recovery, biometrics — and replies in plain language. No generic scripts.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new account gets a 3-day free trial of Pro, no card required. When it ends you keep the free tier (onboarding, exercise library, basic logging) and can upgrade whenever you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel via your Apple ID or Google Play account at any time. Your data stays accessible until your billing period ends.
Will my data be sold?
